We start our trip on a calmer section of the river, where we first practice the basic paddle technique. On the trip, we also stop for swimming.

LET US KNOW

The most important thing you can do is to let us know about it. Allergies to bees, asthma, or an old injury can trigger a rescue situation and can ruin an otherwise enjoyable trip. Don’t worry that we are going to be surprised; we have seen and heard it all. There is no room for embarrassment when your safety is on the line. It is our responsibility to craft a rafting trip that is suitable for you. But it’s impossible for us to do that if we aren’t well-informed of any medical conditions.

YOU CAN’T GO

I’m sorry, but you cannot join any of the sports activities if you are:

• under the influence of alcohol and drugs
• pregnant
• physically or mentally disabled
• blind (you have to be able to see at least something)

CONSULT WITH THE STAFF

You might be able to join us, but please consult with the office staff if you:

• are non swimmer
• are younger than the required age
• weight over 110kg
• are deaf (you must be able to hear guides comands)
• suffered any injuries in the past 5 years (bone fractures, dislocated joints,…)
• had a surgery in the past 5 years
• have a heart condition
• have spine condition, back problem, back pain (especially spinal discs problems)
• have asthma, epilepsy or diabetes
• have hemophilia
• are allergic to bees or wasps
• have any other medical condition not mentioned above

If you need to take some medicine on the river or in the canyon with you, the guides will be happy to save them in their first aid kit. Don’t worry the box is waterproof.
All our guides have a wide variety of guiding experience on the MURA river and on the other rivers. All of our rafting trips are equipped with first aid kits and river rescue equipment. So please let our guides know so they are fully informed and provide you with the safest and greatest rafting trip.
